The Opportunity

This is a genuine HR generalist role, offering the chance to provide high-quality HR support across the full employee lifecycle – from recruitment and onboarding to payroll coordination and policy interpretation. The Role

As an HR Advisor, you will deliver operational HR services that ensure consistent and responsive support for employees and managers.

Your key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Delivering end-to-end recruitment and selection processes

- Coordinating onboarding, induction, and entry-level programs, including graduates

- Supporting learning and development initiatives and maintaining development records

- Administering study assistance programs and guiding staff through applications

- Coordinating payroll activities and ensuring accurate HR transactions

- Interpreting and applying HR policies and delegations, contributing to policy development

- Responding to employee queries on employment conditions, leave, entitlements, and procedures

- Maintaining accurate HR records and generating reports to support workforce planning

- Contributing to continuous improvement of HR processes and systems

The Ideal Person

You are a detail-oriented, forward-thinking HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced, operational environment.

You take pride in delivering high-quality services, handle sensitive information with discretion, and communicate clearly with stakeholders at all levels.

You are proactive, adaptable, and enjoy working both independently and collaboratively. Ideally, you have experience across recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and policy interpretation, with a strong interest in continuous learning and supporting others’ development.

Tertiary qualifications in HR or a related field and familiarity with government frameworks are highly regarded but not essential.

Salary / Rate

- $100k - $111k + Super

- 12-month non-ongoing

- Open to s26 Transfer

- Baseline clearance or the ability to obtain
