With a large employee workforce and additional contingent work force across Canberra, Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane, we're looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys the variety that comes with a true generalist HR role.

About The Role
As a HR Generalist, you'll be involved in the full employee lifecycle and provide hands-on support across:

• Onboarding and offboarding
• Performance management
• Payroll, employment documentation, and HR systems (ELMO).
• Case management and HR advisory support
• Work Health & Safety (WHS) compliance
• HR reporting and data analysis

In addition to Supporting strategic HR projects and cultural initiatives, you'll be the go-to person for managers and staff, building trusted relationships and delivering timely, practical HR support across the business.

What You'll Bring
To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Proven experience in a HR generalist or advisory role
• Solid knowledge of Australian employment legislation and WHS practices
• Strong understanding of HR operations and HRIS systems
• Intermediate skills in Excel and PowerPoint
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills

A proactive, detail-oriented mindset and a genuine passion for people and process improvement
