**Your new company**
Our client is a management consultancy seeking several Delivery Stream Lead to join their growing Salesforce team. This will be for several key pieces of work across one of their clients in the following industries - Public Sector / Health / Utilities / Financial Services

**Your new role**
As Delivery Stream Lead r you will be working with the client project lead to create a clear articulation of the business objectives of the project. You will be collaborating with Architects, Delivery Stream Leads, Quality Analysis Lead, Change Lead and Business SMEs to define and/or pivot the scope and timeline of the project where appropriate.

You will be managing the overall quality, schedule, and budget for the project by tracking weekly status against the project plan and issuing a weekly status report and be responsible for the management of the project risks, issues process and project change control process. Making adjustments for greater efficiency where possible. You will need to understand client expectations and contribute to a high level of customer satisfaction.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Proven experience managing medium to large scale end to end delivery of Salesforce solutions
- Experience in managing teams
- Be capable of ensuring the team delivers on time and budget and delivers tangible business values
- Strong client engagement skills and communication
- Recent and extensive experience working across Salesforce projects
- Experience in complex enterprise technical delivery of customer's future state solution
