You have experience managing Agile delivery of projects & BAU initiatives within financial services, banking or insurance domains.

Your background may have been as a Project Manager, Principle Business Analyst or Scrum Master and you have strong relationship building & influencing skills.

With a proactive attitude, you are approachable and personable with excellent communication skills and the ability to think on your feet.

**The Role**:
As a Delivery Lead, you'll work closely with the Tech Lead on the Power Apps Automation stream, delivering end-to-end agile initiatives.

When you first get onboard, you'll be getting up to speed with the technology & backlog, aligning with Delivery Leads on other streams and putting in structure around delivery.

**Opportunity**:
This is a completely new role, so you have the opportunity to really make it your own, to shape what it looks like and influence the direction they take.

Agile is still quite new to them, so you'll be taking people on the journey in this transformation.

You'll be heavily involved in recruitment, growing your team, formalising this & other roles and continually assessing the capability.

**Skills / Experience**:

- Experience as a Delivery Lead or experience managing Agile delivery as a Principle BA, Scrum Master or Project Manager
- Ideally a background in finance, banking or insurance
- Experience with Power Apps or other automation technology is a bonus
- Strong Agile experience, able to take people on the transformation journey
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Experience in program & project standards, governance & methods
- Experience working with operations teams & functions
