Agile Delivery Leader opportunity working on an organisation wide digital transformation.

An exciting Agile Delivery Lead opportunity working with a leading NSW State government organisation on an enterprise level transformation, Up to $1100 + Super per day, initially a 6-month contract with possibility of extension due to the scope of work (multi-year program)

**Your new company**
**This leading NSW state government organisation is currently seeking a Agile Delivery Lead to join their organisation. You will be joining a driven and established team, who are looking to expand at an exciting point of rapid growth in the program. This role would enable you to work from both the office and from home with the expectation that you would be on site 1-2 days a week, you will be based in Parramatta and are required to be double vaccinated.

**Your new role**
**As Agile Delivery Lead you will have extensive experience and a record of achievement across large scale digital transformation programs. You will be embarking on a multiyear organisation-wide transformation that is looking to completely redefine how the organisation interacts within the sector through the replacement of a legacy system. This piece of work has gone through the discovery phase, a baseline scope has been developed and value streams have been prioritised. The organisation is now looking at maturing their requirements, scoping prospective technologies and establishing value streams further. at this current stage you would be undertaking the exercise of technology selection working closely with the Proof of Concept. You would be performing procurement activities which would then move into viable release. The nature of this transformation is broad with the expectation that there will be diversions from current established operating models with a strong focus on human centred design and customer engagement. This is a fantastic opportunity to join this program of work at a key point to redefine and create a new digital world for the organisation.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Demonstrated record of success utilising Agile and continuous delivery techniques & methodologies appropriate to the programs way of working to balance speed to market, high quality outputs whilst using fit for purpose solutions to drive first class customer experiences.
- Procurement experience through RFI, RFP and Tendering government practices
- Where required, coach or guide individuals, teams or groups to embed agility
- Setup and facilitate Agile events e.g. Agile ceremonies, Release Planning
- Work closely with Product Owners, Stakeholders, SME’s and Scrum Teams to plan and execute end to end delivery of assigned Initiatives
- Work closely with technical team members in order to ensure the delivery of program is setup with consideration of solution design principles
- Ability to work in a hybrid team set up to help meet objectives and deliverables as per PMO governance and standards
