We are looking for an EA superstar to join our high performing EA community. Providing executive support to Rest's CPO and the People & Culture Leadership team you will work closley with the Business Manager across all apsects of the P&C team.
- Provide executive support to the CPO and the P&C LT
- Managing onboarding of new starters, building out induction programs, arranging stakeholder meetings, systems training etc.
- Acting as the first point of contact for the CPO for their team and other executive stakeholders.
- Coordinate activities that support the engagement, development and planning for P&C; such as P&C team meetings, monthly newsletters, volunteer days, activities, offsites, training, etc.
- Coordinate and attend meetings for key stakeholders with the CPO
- Post invoices for the CPO, reconcile the CPO’s expenses and monitor budget.
- Support the ongoing communications within the team.
- Managing the CPO’s diary and manage LT annual leave.
- Assist CPO and LT with putting together/ refining presentations.
- Build presentations/dashboards that can be used to show an integrated story of the deliverables of the P&C team.
- Become a valued member of our EA Community of Practice by working with the other EAs to attend monthly meetings and participate in related activities that contribute to a high performing EA community.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience working for a C-Suite Executive, experience within People & Culture or HR would be highly regarded
- Analytical thinking and problem solving
- Detail-oriented and capable of delivering a high level of accuracy..
- Experience working with data and information to develop dashboards and reporting frameworks.
- Understanding of Human Resource functions highly regarded
- Advanced PowerPoint and Word skills
- High level Excel skills
