**Primary Purpose of the Role**
The purpose of this role is to provide executive and administrative support to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO). The role entails interpreting the daily requirements of the CEO and providing proactive advice and solution-focussed action in a timely and accurate manner.

**About the Role**
The EA to the CEO will be responsible for:
- Proactively providing executive support and assistance to the CEO, whilst exercising discretion, initiative, and confidentiality at all times.
- Acting as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, including CEOs, senior government executives, and professionals.
- Organising travel, including itineraries, flights, and accommodation for the CEO
- Coordinating and scheduling meetings, conferences, and interviews for the CEO ensuring the CEO is fully prepared for meeting.
**About You**
We’re looking for someone who demonstrates:
- Identifies as Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander
- A demonstrated commitment to social change preferably in a non-profit or community-controlled organization.
- At least three years’ experience as an Executive/Personal Assistant to a senior executive or comparable role
- A high-level of written and oral communication skills
- Organisational and time management skills and the ability to multi-task whilst maintaining flexibility and intiative.
