Job Summary:
Yogurberry, a leading frozen yogurt franchise, is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Operations and Relationship Manager to oversee and enhance the operational efficiency of our franchise outlets and cultivate strong relationships with franchisees. As the Operations and Relationship Manager, you will play a critical role in maintaining brand standards, optimizing operational processes, and fostering positive connections with franchise owners. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of Yogurberry's franchise network.

**Responsibilities**:

- Franchisee Support: Provide ongoing support and guidance to franchisees, assisting them in understanding and implementing company policies, procedures, and standards.
- Operational Excellence: Ensure that all franchise outlets adhere to Yogurberry's operational standards, including product quality, store cleanliness, and customer service.
- Training and Development: Coordinate and conduct training sessions for new franchisees, managers, and staff, ensuring they are well-versed in all aspects of the franchise system.
- Performance Analysis: Analyze franchise outlet performance, sales data, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement action plans accordingly.
- Market Expansion: Collaborate with the franchise development team to identify potential locations for new outlets, conduct feasibility studies, and assist in the setup of new franchises.
- Compliance and Legal: Ensure that all franchisees comply with legal requirements, contracts, and franchise agreements.
- Communication and Reporting: Maintain regular communication with franchisees, providing them with updates, insights, and important information from the company headquarters.
- Problem Resolution: Address and resolve any operational or relationship-related issues that may arise between franchisees and the company.
- Marketing Support: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing strategies for franchise outlets, increasing brand visibility and driving sales.
- Brand Ambassadorship: Act as the brand ambassador, representing Yogurberry's values, mission, and vision at all times.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in franchise operations, preferably in the food and beverage industry.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with franchisees.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Familiarity with the frozen yogurt industry and current market trends.
- Knowledge of franchising regulations, legalities, and best practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
- Willingness to travel occasionally to visit franchise outlets.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Previous experience in the frozen yogurt or dessert industry.
- Experience in training and development of franchisees and staff.
- Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.

Pay: From $75,000.00 per year
