Area Manager @ Scribbles and Giggles Childcare

Scribbles and Giggles Childcare Centres are growing and we are looking for an **Area Manager to overlook all aspects of Quality Area 2, children's health and Safety practices.**
- Work in a collaboration with other members of management team
- Be comfortable and competent with all practices and documentations related to Quality area Two
- be comfortable with updating the self-assessment tool in areas related to Quality area 2
- Provide support and training to Centre Managers and Assistant Managers
- Have a positive, can do and problem solving approach.
What professional skills and knowledge you require
Essential:
- Diploma or Bachelors in Children’s Services.
- Previous experience as a Centre Manager/ Operations Manager/ or Area Manager
- Knowledge and understanding of the NQS, NQF, EYLF along with other related legislation.
- Excellent leadership, people and time management skills.
