**Join Our Team as an Operations Manager**

Are you a results-driven leader with a passion for optimising operations across corporate locations? Yogurberry Australia is seeking a dedicated Operations Manager to oversee and elevate the performance of our corporate frozen yogurt stores. In this mid-senior management role, you’ll work closely with the Area Manager to drive operational excellence, maintain brand standards, and foster a collaborative environment across all sites.

**About the Role**:
As the Operations Manager, you'll take charge of our corporate store network, focusing on process optimisation, compliance, and customer experience. Working alongside the Area Manager, you’ll support store teams, implement strategies to drive growth and efficiency, and ensure each store exceeds its goals. If you’re proactive, detail-oriented, and skilled in motivating teams, this role offers a fantastic opportunity to make a tangible impact on Yogurberry’s journey in the frozen yogurt industry.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee daily operations across 5+ corporate store locations within NSW, ensuring brand standards and operational goals are met in partnership with the Area Manager
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance store performance, efficiency, and customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with store managers and the Area Manager to optimise staffing, inventory, and overall store management
- Ensure strict compliance with Yogurberry’s policies, food safety regulations, and operational procedures
- Conduct regular store visits and audits to assess and support store performance
- Drive process improvements, identifying opportunities for staff training and development
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to senior management
- Act as a central liaison between Yogurberry’s headquarters, the Area Manager, and store teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment on objectives

**Preferred Qualifications & Skills**:

- Proven experience as an Operations Manager or similar role, ideally managing multiple store locations in a corporate environment
- Strong background in the food service industry, especially in high-quality, fast-paced settings
- Experience within a franchise network (highly regarded)
- High proficiency in English
- Excellent leadership, organisational, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in operational analysis and reporting tools
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (preferred)

Pay: $65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
