**The role**
Sitting within our Child Protection division, the Relationship Manager will play a pivotal role in managing new and existing relationships. In addition, you will be responsible for the following:

- Deliver customised services, information and referrals to members in a time-effective and high-quality manner
- Participate in and appropriately document placement matching processes to liaise with stakeholders with an aim to gather information to inform placement matching
- Collect and document information related to the child or young person to comprehensively assess placement matching and service allocation

**About you**
As the Relationship Manager, you are a people-person through and through. You thrive in building and maintaining relationships to achieve a mutually beneficial outcome. You are also a strong negotiator with developed commercial accumen.

- Demonstrated experience within a relationship/account management capacity, preferably within a community services environment
- Awareness of the impacts of abuse, neglect, separation from families and complex trauma on children and young people in out of home care
