**The role**
Sitting within our Disability Services division, the Relationship Manager will play a key role in driving the growth of the business through the development of highly engaged industry and client relationships. The role will see you ensuring the effective integration of participants within the operations of the business.
Specifically, you will be responsible for the following:
- Identifies, mobilises and delivers into the relationship the right people, solutions, resources, and ideas from across the organisation.
- Creates and continuously develops relationships between participants, their family, and support teams as well as support coordinators, house supervisors, and other relevant community and external stakeholders and referral structures
- Deliver customised services, information and referrals to members in a time-effective and high-quality manner
- Sets and executes a client relationship strategy that defines which issues to focus on, which opportunities to pursue, and which individuals to invest in while managing sales forecasting and reporting functions
- Update service agreements and negotiates other legal contract or documents required for the existing and new participants
- Complete and submit SIL document and provide quality information about the participant’s support needs, capacity and goals, so that the NDIA can make a proper assessment on the client
- Investigate and take ownership for complaint reviews, communicating in a professional and sensitive manner to the internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure that all complaints received are managed and resolved successfully in line with the departments goals, objectives and policies using a range of complaint resolution techniques including early resolution, service provider resolution, conciliation and investigation

- Demonstrated experience within a relationship management/client engagement manager role
- Excellent communication skills; both written and oral
- Proven track record in building and maintaining strong rapport with both internal and external stakeholders
- Strong business acumen and relationship management/account management skills.
Nice to have (but not a deal-breaker):
- Previous exposure with Salesforce (our bread and butter)
- Previous experience within the community services industry
