The role Reporting to the Director Program Performance, you will be responsible for providing high-quality program and project scheduling and reporting to the PMO, programs and projects delivery teams. Your key responsibilities will include reviewing, developing and implementing schedule management and reporting policies and procedures to continue improvement and maturity of the program and project scheduling, reporting and planning capability. You will ensure accurate reporting and scheduling activities are analysed, developed and maintained to provide accurate and timely reporting on delivery of capital projects and programs. The role will require you to create meaningful fit for audience reports, extracting data across program reporting portals usingsystems, to support and inform program management and project stakeholders in their decision making for the successful delivery of the program of works. You will translate work breakdown schedules into project and program schedules and develop a master schedule for tracking all work delivery.
