**Delta Community **is a registered NDIS provider that supports participants with Disabilities in Brisbane and Gold Coast.
We are looking for an experienced Roster/Scheduling Officer on a Permanent Part-time basis to work from our Aspley Office in Brisbane North.
**Hours are**:
Monday to Friday, 8am to 4pm and oncall afterhours on weekdays and weekends on a rotation with the Team Leader.
This position will require you to wear many hats and utilise your excellent organisational and communication skills. You will be a confident professional who thrives within a fast paced, everchanging environment that will require you to adapt and reprioritise depending on business needs.
**_Essential MUST HAVE Criteria:_**
- 3 year minimum experience in a similar role working in the NDIS sector either as a Rostering/Schedule role
- 1year minimum experience in managing and leading Support Workers or teams
- Experience using NDIS Software & efficient in Software & technology
- Understanding of Rostering & Scheduling under the SCHADS Award
- Ability to communicate in a confident and clear manner with internal and external stakeholders.
- You will be articulate, possess exceptional written and verbal communication with exceptional analytical & problem solving skills
- Exceptional analytical & problem-solving skills. A strong and pro-active work ethic combined with a dedicated attitude.
- Unrestricted working entitlements in Australia.
