**About the role**

In line with our growth strategy and the increasing demand for our hardware products, we are expanding our Field Solutions team in New South Wales. As a Technical Account Manager, your primary focus will be to nurture and expand our client portfolio by leveraging industry connections and cultivating new relationships. Reporting directly to the Field Solutions Segment Manager and supported by our established technical team, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales and delivering exceptional service.

Key responsibilities include:

- Promote and sell our field solutions to clients, industry bodies, and relevant stakeholders
- Execute the BuildingPoint sales strategy by managing existing relationships and identifying new market opportunities
- Conduct technical demonstrations for both new and existing clients
- Engage regularly with customers to enhance their end-user experience
- Collaborate with the technical team to streamline processes, solve issues, and manage customer requirements
- Identify and create business development opportunities by addressing industry workflow challenges
- Represent BuildingPoint at conferences, trade shows, and industry functions
