Senior Technical Project Lead

We're seeking an experienced Senior Technical Project Lead to join our Sydney team, bringing extensive experience across concept design, documentation, contract administration, quality control, project management, and client negotiation. The role requires hands-on onsite project leadership, strong Contract Administration (CA) knowledge, and expertise in managing contracts and leading contract and fee negotiations. Working closely with the Sydney leadership team and wider project teams, you will guide projects from inception to completion, protect design concepts throughout all stages, oversee team performance, manage client and consultant relationships, and ensure high-quality outcomes. This senior position demands initiative, accountability, and a commitment to CHC's mission: to design places where people and communities can thrive.

Qualifications Required:

  • Accredited Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
  • Minimum 20 years of professional experience, including extensive onsite project leadership.
  • Strong Contract Administration (CA) knowledge with proven expertise in managing contracts and leading contract negotiations.
  • Experience in fee negotiations and technical discussions with internal teams and external stakeholders
