Role responsibilities:
Develop processes and practices for knowledge management and information sharing ensuring records management is in place.
Provide high level business support, including meeting preparation, taking minutes, tracking actions related to the operational cyber program, risks and issues registers and maintaining records.
Draft and review correspondence and support briefings on behalf of business unit, including liaison with internal and external stakeholders, relevant government departments, external bodies in relation to cyber security issues.
Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and effectively deliver timely, accurate and high-quality work for multiple stakeholders.
Promote a culture where high quality customer service is delivered through strong interpersonal skills and adherence to quality system processes and ensuring accuracy and documented standards and processes.

Effective written and oral communication and strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to work as part of a high performing team, communicate confidently to a range of internal and external audiences in a sensitive and confidential manner.
Demonstrated ability to effectively contribute to a team environment to ensure achievement of organisational priorities within agreed timeframes, enable effective team relations and contribute to the implementation of improved work practices.
Demonstrated conflict resolution and negotiation skills to be able to achieve organisational goals in a fast paced complex environment.
Proven ability to utilise a high degree of initiative to resolve challenges and manage issues independently escalating as appropriate to seek guidance.

Specific Working Conditions:
The role is office based in the Fortitude Valley with flexible work arrangements offered.
Afterhours work may be required to support critical cyber security outcomes.
Previous experience in one or more areas of administration, business support or project support and familiarisation with S/4HANA (or similar) and procurement processes are highly desirable.
