IGT is the world leader in the design, development and manufacture of gaming and lottery products and systems. IGT (Australia) utilises this global strength to provide a range of gaming products, systems and services to the club, hotel and casino industries.
We are looking for a talented and energetic professional to join our AsiaPac marketing team in the gaming industry. You are a marketing all-rounder who is ready for a new challenge where you’ll work on a diverse range of marketing, communications, and event initiatives. The role ranges from marketing automation and digital media, through to more traditional marketing tactics to develop multi-level B2B product launches, corporate and product communications.
Further, this position requires the coordination and/or support of ANZ customer events ranging from major industry trade shows to customer events and webinars.
This unique opportunity allows you to develop long-term strategic efforts with multiple internal stakeholder groups across Marketing, Sales and Product Management, but still stays very close to the field with tactical execution. You will report to the Head of Marketing for AsiaPac who will endeavour to ensure your success and development.
**Your Responsibilities**:
- Project manage the creation of product marketing assets including copywriting, developing creative briefs, reviews, handling approvals and publication
- Support planning and executing Marketing B2B campaigns across ANZ and demonstrate sophisticated campaign planning skills using marketing automation software, digital media and traditional marketing tactics
- Project manage industry trade shows, sponsorship events or customer forum events / webinars
- Develop close relationships with ANZ sales managers to ensure full visibility to product placement and marketing launch opportunities within each state or territory
- Project manage advertising and PR plans for ANZ in collaboration with the Head of Marketing AsiaPac and product/sales management
- Support sales partners and customers in providing marketing graphic assets, merchandise and marketing launch plans as available
- Co-ordinate Go to Market collateral for key product launches within ANZ
- Learn and refine knowledge of assigned market territories to ensure positioning is market attuned to player preferences
- Become competent in your gaming industry knowledge
- Coordination and communication of industry sponsorship entitlements and initiatives across ANZ sales
- Learn and adhere to global brand guidelines; serve as ANZ ambassador of the voice and spirit of the IGT brand in all aspects across external campaign assets and internal functions
**Your Qualifications**:
- 6+ years of experience in marketing, events planning or product management
- Excellent command / highly proficient in spoken and written English
- Passionate about writing with proven copy writing skills across all forms of communication including, but not limited to, traditional print (e.g. product literature, advertisements, direct mail), digital (e.g. social media, web copy, web advertisements, blog posts), trade publication releases
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with an ability to summarize information or share details based on assessment of situation
- Ability to plan and execute B2B product launch campaigns and / or local events
- Experience with managing projects with multiple stakeholders
- Familiarity with Social Media Marketing and Event Management is preferred
- Experience and / or aptitude for working with marketing automation and CRM software
- Experience and / or aptitude for working creative design software e.g. Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign
