About the role

**Requirements**:

- Drive the development and coordination of innovative marketing campaigns across various channels
- Take charge of planning and executing exciting events to meet key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to craft compelling communication plans for your portfolio
- Foster collaboration with the Product marketing team to leverage vendor partnerships and drive effective marketing strategies
- Work alongside the Digital Marketing team to optimize and enhance the performance of marketing activities
- Take full ownership of briefing and executing lead generation campaigns through Agency partners
- Champion a customer-focused and insights-led approach to drive business growth
- Provide clear and engaging briefs to internal stakeholders regarding marketing plans and communications
- Monitor and report on the success of marketing initiatives, leveraging data-driven insights

Who are we looking for?
- A dynamic professional with a tertiary qualification in marketing, communications, or a related field
- Proven experience in a similar role, demonstrating your ability to excel in marketing activities
- Strong business acumen and a solid understanding of commercial principles
- Proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability for your work
- Excellent organizational and time management skills to effectively manage multiple tasks
- Experience in stakeholder management and building strong cross-functional relationships
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills to effectively convey ideas and strategies
- A results-driven, motivated self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work both collaboratively as part of a team and independently when leading projects
- Meticulous attention to detail to ensure high-quality output in all your work
