**ABOUT THE ROLE**
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused **Customer Service Officer** to join our team at Osborne Park, WA, on a **Maximum Term** basis. This exciting opportunity involves working **38 hours per week**. Reporting directly to the Bookings Manager, you will play an integral role in coordinating medical appointments and providing outstanding service to our valued clients.
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
As a Customer Service Officer, your day-to-day duties will include:
- Scheduling medical appointments efficiently and accurately
- Quality checking medical results to ensure accuracy
- Meeting KPIs related to client wait times and reporting requirements
- Managing phone queues and logging all calls
- Performing data entry tasks
- Assisting with general administration duties as required
**WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR**
To succeed in this role, you’ll need to have:
- Ability to work an 8 hour shift between 5am and 4pm WST Monday to Friday
- Excellent organisational and administration skills
- Strong customer service experience with a professional phone manner
- A keen eye for detail and a passion for providing top-quality service
- Well-developed communication skills and the ability to multitask
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook and Excel
- A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to take on additional tasks as needed
