A new and exciting opportunity exists as a part time (0.4EFT) Receptionist and Office Coordinator/ Administrator within a small psychology clinic in the Northern Suburbs of Melbourne. As the Receptionist and Office Coordinator, you will take a leading role in the day-to-day coordination of the office with duties and responsibilities that include, but not limited to:
**Responsibilities**:
- Day to day office coordination; proactively keeping all office functions working efficiently.
- Greeting, liaising with and processing payments for private psychological clinic clients.
- Diary management and appointment scheduling.
- Preparing 3rd party invoices for processing.
- Creation and logístical maintenance of client files.
- Book keeping including invoicing and reconciliation of accounts.
**Essential Criteria**:
- Ability to work on site on Tuesday and Thursday (9:00am
- 4:30pm). Start and finish times may be negotiable.
- High level communication skills both written and verbal.
- Strong background in Administration.
- Ability to work independently.
- Positive approach to work.
- Highly organised and exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to uphold strict privacy and confidentiality requirements.
- A friendly and welcoming manner with high integrity and trustworthiness.
- Proficiency in Xero and general Book Keeping.
