**About the role**

Based on reception where you will be covering a range of reception duties as well as handling a range of calls from clients & stakeholders. The hours of work for this position are 8.30am-5pm Monday-Friday. This is a 5 week temporary assignment with an immediate start so is suitable for people who are available immediately.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Overseeing Front of House operations
- Coordinating and managing meeting rooms
- Warmly welcoming and assisting clients
- Providing support to the broader Team, including data entry, document management, filing, and scanning.

**Skills and Experience**
- Previous experience in a Reception or other corporate office role - ideally front facing
- Ability to work in a busy environment
- Be well-presented and professional
- Great communication skills both written and verbal
- Strong people skills
- Must have the right to work in Australia
