Hays Glen Waverley are thrilled to be partnering with our long term client based in Melbourne's South Eastern suburbs. This business operates within the powerhouse industry of Victoria - Construction, and are seeking a passionate, experienced and energetic Receptionist to join their team on a full time, permanent basis.
**Your new role**
Your day to day duties include:
- Managing inbound calls from clients and transferring to the relevant team member
- Greet any visitors or couriers
- Manager main reception inbox
- Manager stationary supplies and placing additional orders where necessary
- Accounts payable (mínimal)
- Assisting relevant members of management in the preparation of documents
- Administrative adhoc tasks
**What you'll need to succeed**
To be successful in this role, you will require the following skills and attributes:
- Demonstrated receptionist experience working in a busy environment
- MS Suite and Outlook proficient is preferred
- Experience working in a similar position would be advantageous
- Seeking a passionate and enthusiastic individual who is passionate about administration support
- Well presented and excellent communication skills both verbal and written
