About the role
- Welcome children and families with a friendly and professional demeanour whilst maintaining security by recording all visits
- Conduct visitor tours, and assist with children enrolments and new team orientations
- Utilise our Salesforce and Qikkids systems, to manage parents accounts and monitor ongoing payments with follow up as required
- Liaise with external suppliers/contractors and report back to the Centre Director with quotes/expenditure requests for submission (as per company procedure)
- Perform general administrative tasks in an accurate, reliable, and honest manner
- Available to work Monday to Friday between 6.30am - 6.30pm

**Skills and qualifications required**:

- High proficiency in the QikKids software system is desirable
- Working knowledge of CCSS (Child Care Subsidy System) Guidelines
- Excellent computer skills with knowledge in the Microsoft Suite
- Highly organised with proven experience juggling a wide range of demands and priorities to produce work of high quality and consistently meet deadlines
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and customer service skills - both written and verbal with the ability to handle difficult conversations
- Current Working with Children's Check
- Current Anaphylaxis, Asthma, CPR and First Aid Certificates or willingness to obtain one
- Current Child Protection Training or willingness to obtain one
- Happy to participate in a full police check (paid for by us)
