You will be accountable for building on the People & Culture foundations already in place and partnering with the Executive Team to take the business to the next level of their Talent. You will implement people strategies that support the overall business strategy and will drive and increase talent attraction, performance and capability. The role you play will be critical to the development and growth of the business and you will play a lead role in designing the people programs, processes, policies and procedures.

You will be passionate about developing and implementing strategies to attract, engage, and develop employees. You must impress as dynamic, progressive, authentic, commercial, emotionally mature & a strong desire drive talent and culture. You will also demonstrate the following;
- Extensive experience as an HR Generalist ideally partnering with a growing or scaling business within a fluid environment;
- Experience in supporting an organisation go through a growth period;
- Ability to operate at a commercially strategic level as well as a willingness to operate at the transactional level;
- Strengths in building HR operations;
- Experience designing and executing impressive people strategies that align with company essence and building pragmatic and engaging practices and processes;
- Sophisticated consulting and stakeholder management skills;
- Ability to demonstrate agility and flexibility in a dynamic environment;
- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or a related discipline.
