About the Role:
This is a part time/full time position for a skilled and thoughtful Head Barista who will lead our coffee program, work closely with the owners, and contribute to a supportive team culture. You’ll be the face of our coffee offering - dialling in daily, managing quality control, and creating an environment where staff and customers alike feel valued.

You’ll Be:
Experienced with specialty coffee and passionate about quality and flavour

Warm, kind, and genuinely friendly - hospitality comes naturally to you

Skilled in workflow management and training junior baristas

Confident in dialling in espresso, milk texturing, and maintaining equipment

A team player who brings good energy to the space

**Requirements**:
Minimum 2 years experience in a specialty coffee role

Confident working with high-volume coffee service

Familiarity with Small Batch coffee a big plus

Full working rights in Australia
