**About the Role**

As the Talent Development Consultant, you will be integral to building both a future fit workforce and to enable every employee to build a career at Zurich. Working closely with the talent development team and our customer, this role will support the management of development solutions that will lift the capability of our people.

A key aspect of the role will be the facilitation and management of a new induction experience at Zurich.

The role is based in North Sydney with flexibility to work from home.

**Important to your success**- Experience in proactively leading and managing large scale development initiatives, consulting with stakeholders and third parties to drive accountability and to keep timing and budget.- Excellent knowledge of contemporary/future focussed approaches to onboarding and development- Skilled in consulting on learning needs to ensure that all stages of the development solution(s) meet the needs of the customer, leveraging different communication styles and channels to optimise outcomes.- Proven experience in facilitating in-person, digital and blended learning solutions.- Experience of learning management systems to deliver blended and digital learning solutions.
