The Client:

Our client is a leading agency in Sydney's North Shore, seeking a Leasing Consultant to be the face of their rental team, with ongoing training and development from a team of experienced Property Managers.

The Benefits:

  • Monday to Saturday with potential to be Monday to Friday with one day off during the week

  • Salary up to $75k package + commissions

The Role:

  • Conduct open for inspections and private appointments
  • Organise keys for rental properties
  • Process tenancy applications and service requests from tenants and ensure prompt response to all inquiries
  • Liaise with the Property Managers to approve applications
  • Liaise with current tenants to organise suitable times for inspections
  • Assisting with advertising and marketing of properties
  • Book and carry out routine inspections
  • Managing rental enquiries via email & phone

About You:

  • Current NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate license
  • Current Australian Driver's License and vehicle
  • Impeccable Presentation
  • Responsible & Reliable
  • Excellent Time Management
  • Work well under pressure
  • Be available Saturdays
  • Full working rights in Australia
