**THE ORGANISATION**
This upcoming organisation is currently recruiting for a confident ER Specialist with strong experience to join a thriving organisation on a Fixed Term contract. This growing organisation provides strategic and innovative solutions on a national scale. This organisation offers a broad spectrum of services, this company is seen as a leader within its industry.

**THE ROLE**
Reporting to the Head of Employee Relations, your overall responsibilities will include overseeing all ER activities across the organisation. Not only will you be one of the ER experts for the Australian market, you will ensure all compliance changes are in place. You will escalate any relevant matters to the legal team and liaise with the unions on a regular basis.

**THE CRITERIA**
To be successful in securing this position, you will need to be a competent ER Specialist. You need to have strong knowledge of employment law legislation and ideally you must be immediately available to be considered for this role.
