ER Specialist Role

The ER Specialist will play a key role in managing complex Employee Relations matters, including litigation and workplace grievances. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience providing ER advice within a fast-paced organisation and proven experience in conducting conciliations and disciplinary matters.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage complex ER matters from end-to-end, including ER litigation and workplace grievances
  • Oversee workplace investigations and address concerns related to bullying, harassment, discrimination, and victimisation
  • Lead disciplinary processes for behavioural/conduct concerns, from informal conversations to formal actions
  • Provide essential guidance and coaching to leaders in managing performance concerns
  • Act as a crucial point of escalation for Advisors and Senior Advisors within the team
Essential Qualifications and Skills
  • 5+ years of experience providing ER advice within a fast-paced organisation
  • Proven experience in conducting conciliations and disciplinary matters
  • Practical experience in conducting workplace investigations and terminating employment
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to manage multiple stakeholders across different parts of the organisation
