The ER Advisor will be responsible for providing sound guidance and advice to management on all human resource management related matters in accordance with legislation, internal employee policies and procedures, employment law and case management.
- Central ER point of contact for the business
- Lead for counselling, grievance and dispute resolution
- Develop and facilitate workshops to educate leaders on IR/ ER matters
- Maintain IR / Employment law compliance and provide advice on award interpretation
- Support the business in ER compliance and ER / IR strategies

**THE CRITERIA**
To be successful in this role you must have solid experience working across ER related matters with the ability to confidently advice and support various stakeholders. You must have excellent communication skills as well as the ability to confidently navigate meetings.
