HR Advisor

We're looking for an experienced HR Advisor to partner closely with our clients retail leaders and the wider business. In this hands-on role, you'll build strong relationships, provide trusted HR advice and deliver people-focused initiatives that make a real impact.
With a blend of operational and project work, you'll coach and support leaders through ER/IR matters, help embed best practices across our stores and contribute to a high-performing culture.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Partner with retail leaders to coach and imbed new initiatives.
  • Deliver sound ER and IR advice to support the business.
  • Manage all ER investigations & provide advice on suggested outcomes.
  • Manage all incoming enquiries relating to HR.
  • Managing administrations tasks, including contract creation.
  • Provide direction on policies & practices.
  • Coach & develop managers across the areas of performance and engagement.
  • Maintain a working knowledge of the retail award & standard employment practices.
  • Contribute to ongoing HR projects supporting both the retail teams & the support office.
  • Partner with Payroll to ensuing processes are followed.
  • Managing several projects with differing prioritisation.
  • Drive a high performing culture.
Who You Are
  • 2 years' experience as an HR advisor, preferably within the Retail industry.
  • Experience working in Retail.
  • Able to build strong relationships and engage positively with retail & leadership teams.
  • Proven ability to work in an extremely fast-paced, high-volume role.
  • You have a high emotional IQ, someone who is resilient & flexible.
  • Culturally aligned to Team values and fosters a sense of cohesion and collaboration among colleagues.
  • A self-starter with high energy and a strong work ethic, able to move projects forward
