In this role you will contribute to the leadership of a small team of like-minded and motivated professionals to deliver the best value in service outcomes and enable achievement of organisational goals.
You will be equipped to excel in this role if you have a strong background in procurement and contract management, a solutions-focussed approach, great leadership skills and a positive attitude.
The role leads the establishment of a high performing and centralised procurement capability, including the development and implementation of strategic and operational sourcing, procurement, contracting and supply management strategies and processes.
- motivated to provide practical, solutions-focussed procurement advice that effectively balances competing objectives;
- experienced in the governance of government procurement and contract management
- able to work well under pressure and within time constraints;
- passionate about contributing to the leadership, management, mentoring and development of your team; and
- committed to developing strategies to enable streamlined, effective and value-for-money procurement services.
