Creative Project Lead

Join Our Team as a Creative Project Lead We are seeking an innovative and strategic Creative Project Lead to help drive our marketing and creative initiatives. This pivotal role requires an experienced marketer with leadership experience, and a proven track record in developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, engagement, and growth.

About the Role:
The Creative Project Lead will oversee the development, implementation and acceleration of Alpha’s marketing strategy, with the aim of growing Alpha’s reach, leading to more churches running Alpha and more participants experiencing Alpha. With a goal to reach 2 million participants through Alpha in Australia by the end of 2033, the Creative Project Lead has a critical role to play in ensuring that we increase the scope of our reach and influence.

This role requires someone who has a proven track record and the ability to lead a campaign from concept to delivery with clear goal setting, strong messaging, and leveraging the strengths of the team to deliver on outcomes. Expertise in campaign leadership, strategic direction, marketing, strategic thinking, and end-to-end project management is a must in this role.

Salary range: $80,000 to $90,000 per annum not including Superannuation

What You’ll Do:

- Develop and execute creative marketing campaigns from start to finish across digital and traditional channels
- Inspire, generate, and develop marketing ideas that are strategically-informed, channel agnostic, and deeply integrated between all touch-points and product experiences.
- Craft compelling content that engages audiences and drives brand awareness.
- Analyse market trends and customer insights to refine strategies.
- Manage social media presence and grow engagement.
- Collaborate with product team, designers, writers, and strategists to bring ideas to life.
- Monitor and optimize campaign performance using data-driven insights
- Innovate and think strategically across all major touchpoints and marketing channels
- Consistently uplevel the quality of our marketing by bringing impactful ideas to the table and seeing the best of them through to fruition with an extreme attention to detail.

What We’re Looking For:

- 5+ years marketing experience with proven experience in leading, developing and implementing successful marketing strategies
- Strong understanding of digital marketing process and the ability to leverage new technologies that drive growth, activation and retention
- Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to think strategically and creatively while managing multiple projects across multiple departments and deadlines
- High capacity for problem-solving and project management from end-to-end.
- Ability to drive engagement and change
- Excellent organisation skills and attention to detail
- Flexible, dependable and proactive
- High attention to detail
- Eagerness to learn and develop in understanding of Alpha and its role as a thought leader in evangelisation
- Actively living out the Christian faith, willing to speak about your faith and passionate about Alpha and its mission and committed to serving all parts of the church globally.
