Creche Supervisor

What's the role?

As our Creche Supervisor, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day running of the creche making sure our little ones are safe, happy, and engaged while also keeping things ticking smoothly behind the scenes. You'll lead a team of childcare professionals, create fun and educational activities, and be the go to person for families who trust us with their children.

What we're looking for:

· Cert III in Early Childhood Education & Care (minimum)

· At least 1 year of experience in a creche or similar childcare setting

· Experience working with children aged 0-5 years

· Knowledge of childcare regulations in Victoria

· Strong communication and people skills you'll be leading a team and connecting with parents daily.

· A genuine love for working with kids, plus a positive, energetic attitude

· Creativity for designing age-appropriate activities and learning opportunities

· Valid First Aid & CPR certification

· Valid Working With Children's and Police Check

· Flexibility to work across a range of hours when needed

· Australian work authorisation required

Your day-to-day will include:

· Overseeing staff rosters and daily operations

· Supervising play activities and ensuring a safe environment

· Building strong relationships with families

· Motivating and supporting a team of passionate carers

· Planning engaging activities for different age groups

· Keeping accurate records of attendance, health, and activities

· Ordering supplies and keeping rooms welcoming and well-presented
