The Role:
The Digital Marketing Specialist is a strategic member of the Marketing team;
you will work closely with the Marketing Team Lead to manage end-to-end

projects to drive the strategy forward across inbound demand generation,

content marketing and the customer experience.

Primary responsibilities include:

- Supporting customer journey and campaign implementation
- Delivering marketing projects and initiatives to align with strategic goals
- Reporting on the success of digital projects and initiatives
- Market research, concept development and project scoping

A defining role in supporting the customer journey and digital campaign

implementation, you will have a keen eye for detail, a creative flair and the ability to take ownership of various key projects at any given time.

Key Responsibilities Include:

- Support all aspects of marketing collateral. These include but not limited to updates, creations, website and content management, marketing automation and print campaigns.
- Design and implement customer journeys with consistent messaging at all touchpoints
- Brief in or produce content as required, ensuring all imagery and content created or briefed fits with the organisations branding and style guide
- As required, provide support for student engagement strategies, including content creation and campaign implementation and management
- Provide support for inbound and branding strategies, including content creation and campaign implementation and management
- Delivering marketing projects and initiatives
- Manage and implement campaigns and projects from end to end, ensuring they’re tailored to relevant personas, meet requirements, are delivered to a high standard and have goals and metrics to measure against
- Stakeholder management to ensure projects are scoped, resourced and communicated across different departments
- Reporting on success of projects and initiatives, by providing monthly campaign reports on project KPI's designed during planning phases.
- Market research, concept development. Gather internal and external market research to contribute to the marketing team’s key objectives and goal
- Assist with planning and conducting events, social activities for employees as required, this includes participating in the social committee.

Key Requirements:

- Min. 2 years communications/ digital marketing experience with exposure to a variety of marketing functions
- Demonstrated experience with implementing tactics to meet set performance targets (e.g. sessions, conversion rate)
- The ability to take ownership and work on several different projects at any one time with interdepartmental functions to deliver at key milestones
- The capacity and confidence to work independently, knowing when to ask questions and reach out for support
- Reporting and analysis skills to measure and present results of campaigns and initiatives
- General understanding of UX and CX best practices
- CMS experience (Wordpress preferred)
- Working Google Analytics knowledge
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Experience with both B2B and B2C customer segments
- Excellent communication skills - written and oral
- Copywriting skills in a range of formats (long-from, social, ads etc)
- Technical capabilities, including HTML/CSS, Zapier etc.
- Tertiary qualification or demonstrable learning in Marketing or Communications
