**About the Role**
Reporting to the Mechanical & Electrical Manager, **The Quoted Works Supervisor **will be responsible for end-to-end service delivery and quality assurance of the capital work projects including quoting, scheduling, procurement, resourcing and reporting for the **Yarra Valley Water** Mechanical and Electrical contract.

Your duties include but are not limited to:

- Project manage all quoted works & quality control
- Quoting Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation & PLC programming Solutions
- Supervising staff to work safely, productively, efficiently, and effectively as an integrated team
- Capabilities to back-up monitoring of SCADA
- Support Reactive & Preventative maintenance as this is increasing in numbers
- Demonstrating and promoting a culture of safety, collaboration, innovation, continual business improvement and learning
- Working with the scheduling and planning team to achieve KPI’s
- Establishing and maintain relationships & communications with customers and stakeholders

**About You**
Your initiative, personal drive, motivation, and resilience will see you succeed. You must have the below experience and skill set
- Trade qualified or Tertiary Education (preferred)
- Sound communications skills (written and verbal) with the ability to negotiate and influence others
- Be organised, prioritise, and meet deadlines
- Have a proven track record in leading a technical trade-based team to deliver outcomes that align to customer expectations.
- Have industrial background in Mechanical and Electrical services
- Exposure to the water/wastewater industry or similar highly regarded.
- Can demonstrate Ventia values (Leadership, Integrity, Enterprise & Excellence) in all interaction with staff and YVW Customers
- Ability to work in a reactive work environment
