We’re looking for a skilled and motivated Leading Hand to join our growing construction company. This is a great chance for someone with a strong work ethic and passion for quality craftsmanship to grow with us.

**About the Role**
As our new on-site supervisor, you’ll lead teams, manage day-to-day operations, ensure top-quality workmanship, and maintain strong communication with clients. You’ll be hands-on delivering high-end outdoor living spaces and residential builds.

**What We’re Looking For**
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in residential construction
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Confident, professional communicator with clients and trades
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Motivated to grow personally and professionally
- Leadership qualities with a proactive, reliable attitude
