**How you'll make an impact**

The Wealth Digital & Enterprise Platforms (WDEP) Delivery Manager will work with a variety of business and technology stakeholders to deliver high quality and innovative technology projects.

You will work with key stakeholders to develop priorities, then organise and coordinate your delivery team to respond to those priorities across both project delivery and continuous improvement activities. Responsibility will also include ensuring quality processes are developed, enhanced and adhered to within the team. These processes will include appropriate software based SDLC workflow and deliverables as well as capture and reporting of Management Information that supports the understanding of true status of projects.

The WDEP Delivery Manager will also be responsible for the co-ordination of WDEP Operational Deliverables ensuring that all WDEP Leaders comply with expectations of Technology Leadership Team and Tech Simplification Office. (eg. Cost out targets, business case submissions, reporting requirements etc).
- Work with WDEP Principals to establish WDEP Project pipeline & priorities,
- Organise and coordinate the delivery team to respond to those priorities across project delivery and improvement activities through effective supply & demand
- Standup a flexible workforce based on project requirements and funding to deliver projects effectively and efficiently.
- Coordinate and deliver estimation and planning activity for new WDEP projects
- Effectively manage project management resource budgets including project recovery reporting
- Responsibly ensure quality & consistent processes are developed, enhanced and adhered to within the team.
- Provide leadership support and mentoring to Project & Release Managers to enhance and develop their career journeys
- Capture and report on Management Information that supports the understanding of true status of projects

**What you will bring to the team**

Ideally, you will bring the following experiences to this role:

- Proven experience in Delivery management
- Tertiary qualifications in computer science, engineering, business or other relevant qualifications
- Experience Leading and motivating a team to deliver quality outcomes on time
- Experience in using Service Now, Confluence and Jira
- Excellent Stakeholder Management
- Proficient in using Microsoft products such Project, Powerpoint, Excel etc
- Being aware of ITIL methodologies/ ITIL certified
- Understanding the Finance Industry Technology environment
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple activities in parallel
- Ability to work in a collaborative environment
- Highly structured, pro-active, and hands-on
- Ability to simplify activities and prioritise focus on critical tasks
- Ability to effectively distil information for reporting and tracking
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with financial reporting
- Effective at planning and organising work
- Effective at information gathering and problem solving
- Experience leading a team
- Ability to work under pressure to meet milestones and deadlines
- Ability to drive a team towards a successful outcome
