By working towards & exceeding your individual and team KPIs & quality assurance targets and raising issues via correct channels, you'll add value to each customer interaction and drive customer advocacy. **What you will bring to the team** - Previous experience in the Superannuation and/or Insurance industry - Outstanding customer service skills and naturally professional phone manner - Genuine passion for "helping people create their tomorrow" - Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to adapt style depending on your audience - Highly developed numeracy skills and ability to interpret and communicate numerical information - Strong computer literacy and specifically able to navigate across systems - Ability to quickly recognise, analyse and solve problems - Proven work-flow and process management skills - Time management and organisational skills - Ability to handle high volumes and work effectively under pressure - High level attention to detail and commitment to quality **You'll thrive here if...** If you can adapt from BAU to the ambiguous with ease, you'll do well here.
