With over 30 years in operation, this organisation is one of Australia's fastest growing Civil Construction firms. With a large client service offering, they offer civil and construction services across a wide variety of sectors including Government, Corporate Developers as well as Private Developers.

Due to growth and recent success with large tenders, they seek multiple Site Administrators to join their team at HQ based in the Docklands

This role is primarily to support project managers with financial, compliance and procedural reporting as well as manage budgets and general administrative duties.

**Your Role**

Reporting to the Commercial Manager / Project Manager, your role will involve:

- You will perform daily cost tracking of projects.
- Correlate daily documentation from projects and operators.
- monitor and maintain site WHS systems and documentation.
- Perform general reception and administrative duties.
- Maintain stock levels of office supplies, PPE, basic consumables
- Must adhere to company policies and procedures
- Report generation as required
- Work closely with Project Managers to support administratively
- Answer incoming calls
- General Office Duties and Support for the site
- Coordinate Site Inductions

**Your Profile**

You will have advanced MS Excel skills and ideally you will have experience working on a large infrastructure project previously. You will pride yourself on your attention to detail and accuracy and provide high levels of customer service to both internal and external key stakeholders. You will have a natural sense of urgency and an ability to deliver in tight timeframes.
