The Victorian Heart Hospital will be Australia’s first dedicated heart hospital will include a full range of ambulatory and inpatient cardiac care, including cardiac theatres, cardiac catheterisation laboratories, emergency, intensive care, and ambulatory services such as cardiac CT, echocardiography and specialist consultation. **Monash Imaging** provides over 365,000 imaging examinations per year across all sites. The Service budgets for approximately 500 EFT and has an expense budget of $100M. Monash Imaging is growing and includes the newly opened heart hospital.

**Site Administration Supervisor - Monash Health Imaging**

**Monash Imaging** is a busy, multi-modality department providing diagnostic and therapeutic imaging services to the outer southeast region of Melbourne and West Gippsland for adult and paediatric patients offering patients and families a friendly atmosphere together with innovative technology to deliver the very best patient experience.

As the **Site Administration Supervisor **this is an integral leadership role responsible for organising and overseeing the day-to-day activities of **Monash Health Imaging** at a site level. Key to this role in ensuring compliance of administration processes and procedures to provide consistent outcomes for the delivery of imaging services. This is a leadership role, managing and mentoring an administrative team to ensure competencies are meet and data entry is accurate as well as co-ordinate the overall administration function including implement service-wide initiatives and workflow procedures. Oher key duties responsibilities include:

- Rostered in a service delivery position
- Manage daily administration operational requirements
- Maintain administration roster
- Provide collaborative support to the Imaging Network Administration Manager and Site Chief MIT
- Mentoring staff to assist learning
- Conduct Performance enhancement of administration staff
- Collaboration with senior administration leadership in staff recruitment
- Manage administration staff recruitment for the site

**Full Time Ongoing position with flexibility to work after hours and/or weekends as required**

**About You**

As an experienced **Administrative Supervisor**, you are passionate, lead by example and take pride in working collaboratively across a multidisciplinary team to oversee the day-to-day activities of your team in the delivery of the best imaging and interventional radiology services for our community.

To ensure your success in this role, you will have following demonstrated skills, experience and knowledge:

- Nationally recognised qualification in administration and/or office management and/or demonstrated experience in office management (preference Health-related industry).
- Extensive vocational experience in office administration and/or office management
- Outstanding communication skills to engage with, build and mentor and team
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and privacy of patient information
- Professional customer-oriented mindset
