Description

  • Manage site documentation, records, and correspondence efficiently.
  • Coordinate schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements for site personnel.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and safety procedures.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations as required.
  • Provide general administrative support to site management and staff.
  • Maintain accurate data entry and filing systems.
  • Manage inventory and procurement of office supplies.
  • Respond to site-related inquiries and liaise with internal and external stakeholders.

Profile

A successful Site Administrator should have:

  • Proven experience in a Site Administration role.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with the energy and natural resources industry is advantageous.
