**Rail & Technology Systems - Site and Compliance Administrator**
We are seeking a full-time Site and Compliance Administrator based in our Dandenong office to provide professional administration and documentation support to our Victorian Rail teams.
**About the role;**
- Purchase of materials, equipment and consumables including coordination of delivery to site.
- SAP input and maintenance of purchase orders, including goods receipting
- Process expense claims of site staff
- Maintain systems and procedures for contractual requirements
- Provide support to the site project teams
- Maintain an online filing system of site documentation, ensuring that information is available when required****:
- General office administrative duties
**About You;**
- At least 1 to 2 years’ experience in a similar administration role
- Demonstrated ability to work independently to organise and prioritise demands, handle multiple complex tasks and simultaneously, set and meet deadlines and follow-through within a fast-paced environment with multiple and competing demands
- Strong communication skills (oral & written) including strong negotiation and influencing skills and the ability to establish effective working relationships with a variety of people at different levels both internally and externally.
