HR Coordinator | Administration | Construction Industry
**Your new company**
Leading the way in the construction industry, this company is looking for someone to join the team as a HR Coordinator to join the CIMIC Group Graduate Programme.

**Your new role**
Within this role you will be doing a variety of duties within HR and Admin.

Duties include:

- Assisting with managing the CIMIC Group Graduate program
- General admin work, coordination of the events, learning opportunities for the graduates etc.
- Some generalist HR work - recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, managing our HR System and employee data
- Assist the HR Executive General Manager with admin duties such as diary management

**What you'll need to succeed**
To succeed in this role you will need to be organised, have a good attitude and have the proactiveness to pick up additional tasks when needed.

If you are looking to grow your career within HR then this will be a great opportunity for you as it includes a combination of admin and HR duties.

If you have a Degree in HR or Business Admin or have the equivalent level of work experience then please apply

**What you'll get in return**
