The head office is based in south Sydney, where a small HR team supports an employee base of over 100 employees.This supportive HR team all share a passion for supporting their staff to create the best environment to maximise the development of the children. They are looking for a passionate and driven individual who is immediately available to join them on a 2-3-month contract.

**The role**
Reporting to the HR manager, you will be working in a small HR team on a diverse range of projects. As a HR Coordinator you will be for dealing with employee inquiries, providing coaching and guidance to managers, recruiting new staff members, and conducting the onboarding process. Working collaboratively with the rest of the HR team, you will be responsible for providing effective coordination and HR administration services. The role will also consist of ad hoc HR projects and requests from the HR manager.

**The Criteria**
To be successful in this role, you must be
**immediately available** and have at least 2 years’ experience as a HR coordinator, with a strong focus on recruitment.

You will have the desire to progress your career in HR and be confident to liaise with senior stakeholders across the business.

You will be able to demonstrate strong communication and organisational skills and possess a ‘can-do’ attitude with the ability to juggle multiple tasks.

You must be confident in using HRIS systems and be a quick learner.
