Our client is within the technology/software industry, based in North Sydney. They offer a hybrid work environment with 2 days working from home.

**Your new role**

As the HR & Systems Coordinator, you will be responsible for the administration and coordination of HR processes, providing varied support across their wider team. Responsibilities include:

- Full general HR administration and coordination from onboarding to offboarding
- Overall coordination of the internal HRIS system: Employment Hero
- Being the first point of contact for HR queries and managing the HR inbox
- Provide guidance to employees and management on policies and award interpretation
- Ensuring policies are updated and maintained
- Recruitment and compliance support (Contracts, Vevo checks)
- Drive employee benefits program and health and wellbeing initiatives
- HR project work

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Degree or tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or related field or working towards this
- 2-3 years experience within a similar HR Coordinator position
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Have a forward-thinking attitude, take ownership of processes and bring fresh ideas
- Be able to work in a fast-pace environment
