This trusted and well-known scheme agent has a newly created this role to provide continued support for their Eligibility teams. With no caseload attached to this role, it is suited to someone looking to move into a coaching and mentoring role sharing their technical knowledge from their experience with workers compensation eligibility.

**The Role**:

- Work closely with Team Managers to ensure that capability training covers all requirements of the role.
- Ensure timelines for benchmarks are set correctly.
- Use internal frameworks to identify capability gaps and create training to close them.
- Utilise technical knowledge to provide on-the-job operational training and face-to-face coaching.
- Stay across any changes within regulations, legislation, procedures, processes, and technology.
