About the Role:

As a Performance Marketing Specialist at Nucleus Network, you will play a pivotal role in planning, executing, and optimizing paid media campaigns across various digital channels. Your efforts will generate qualified participant leads and support our study recruitment targets. You will ensure that media spend is efficient, campaigns are data-driven, and performance marketing aligns seamlessly with our recruitment funnel strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads (including Performance Max & Demand Gen) and LinkedIn Ads.
  • Ensure all websites and landing pages are optimized for traffic, engagement, and conversion.
  • Drive technical and on-page SEO to increase organic visibility.
  • Support SEO and CRM nurture activity to maximize conversion from paid traffic.
  • Launch, monitor, and optimize paid campaigns, segment and build audiences, and create nurture journeys.
  • Analyze campaign, site, and funnel data to present insights and recommendations to the marketing leadership team.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 3–5 years' experience in performance marketing or digital acquisition roles.
  • Hands-on expertise with Salesforce CRM and Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Strong skills in Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and campaign optimization.
  • Proficiency in website management, technical and on-page SEO, and testing tools.
  • Experience with analytics platforms like Google Analytics and Tag Manager.
