**The Company**:
Our client brings innovative technologies to professionals in order to deliver beautiful and inspiring places where we live, work and play. They provide primarily insecticide solutions for distributors, their branches and rural retail stores. The company is at an exciting time, about to launch a number of new products into key markets.

**The Role**:
Reporting to the Business Manager, the Territory Sales Manager is required to represent the company and their diversified range of agricultural chemical products across the territory consisting of northern NSW, QLD and NT.

This involves:

- providing outstanding customer service
- driving customer relationships and sales
- promoting the adoption and usage of new products and services
- working closely with distributors, independents and rural wholesalers/ retailers
- assisting in delivery of in-field technical support (training, product performance)

**The Person**:
To be successful in this sales role you will ideally have:

- at least 3 years proven sales experience and working knowledge of territory or area, management - gained from any industry
- strong relationship and customer management skills
- confidence in delivering presentations and the ability to facilitate digital interviews
- capability to use Salesforce as the CRM system
- technical knowledge of agricultural chemicals (ideally insecticides) is an advantage but not a necessity
- a thirst for learning and willingness to take on new challenges

You will likely have a background in sales, or are familiar with the rural environment, and be passionate and proactive to go chasing opportunities. The role is well supported technically in the field, to allow you to focus on customers and sales.

This is a home-based role, so you will be organised with the ability to work autonomously. There is a requirement to travel extensively.
